mommy stole my crutch ;_;
that's my MSN name right now ^^;; and yes, my mom did steal one of my crutches and it is now in her trunk... poor crutch! but the good news is that my leg is 80% healed so i will *hopefully* (fingers crossed, knocking obsessively on the wooden computer table) that i will be off crutches waaaay before con... or if not at least a week or so cuz i need to be able to walk *steadily* and for a long time during con... that and it'll make staying over that much more easy ^^;; so yeah, been wandering Summerfun with a "approved visitor" sticker on my shirt, which everyone felt like pointing out and giving me weird looks for... i had to explain it wasn't cuz i was a "visitor" but that i went to the hospital... yeah...
i feel helpful!!! i can carry things all on my own... well, light things that can be carried with one arm and not throw me horribly off balance of course ^_^ but yeah, i can carry a cup from the kitchen to the computer room, i can help clean up during camp and all these other wonderfully liberating things!
i am seriously obsessed with reading drawing/colouring tutorials... ^^;; yes it's a weird addiction but i can spend hours doing that... o_O then again there are some really talented artists that make tutorials and looking at their art is well worth the read ^^;; need to practice with the tablet cuz it's going to waste >< ah well... no time this summer though -_-

i didn't go to work today... i felt kinda bad like i was getting money i didn't earn... but at the same time i *want* the money since, well, it's money... though it is pretty fun even without the money... i'm kinda glad i didn't go and yet not... i'm glad cuz i felt positively ill today, you know the chilly and achey feeling you get when you have a fever? i felt like that, it was quite uncomfortable... then my head was (still is) throbbing and my eyes are kinda sore (hence i'm wearing glasses while in front of the comp)... yeah and it was cold and kinda rainy outside which 1) wouldn't have helped my sick feeling and 2) my crutches would be slippery... but i still feel bad
Shmandy suggested that i go in a wheelchair for the trip to the zoo ^^ cuz they were worried it would be too much walking and no places to sit and with the watching over the kids and all, my other leg would mostly get overworked... so i was faced with not go or go and use a wheelchair... i kinda wanted to go but i kinda didn't either... so i finally decided not to go... then my mom reminded me that i wouldn't make it for the morning of tuesday cuz of my doctor's appointmen (it better be good news or i will get depressed again ><) and that makes me feel even worse -_- brilliant...
finally finished the D skin i've ditched on my hd since forever, don't think i'll upload it to my site though since i'll do that and not update for another 6 monthes or something ^^;; i have a tendency of doing that... that's why i'm no good with sites... but i keep wanting to make them o_O you can see the finished product here, which looks a lot like the imcomplete one that i had up a little while ago... too bad you can see the pl buttongs >< i put so much work in them and i like them the best out of the whole skin!
and for a little time, i think i'm going to put the skin for download off of here and yeah, do something about it later ^^;; so you can download the skin by clicking here, and maybe if i feel up to it, i'll try to make a *nice* wallpaper to go with it and change my desktop theme for once ^^
I'm sooooo in love with this book!!!
*ahem* yes... OMG! i'm so stressed right now and tired but i can't stop myself ^^;; Good Omens is a freaking great book! and the fact the two main characters act so gay is just a hilarious bonus ^^;; i finished that book in 3 days, mostly could've read faster if i wasn't falling asleep/reading fics onlines for a book i haven't finished reading... but i still finished it quite quickly, and i ranted about it enough that Ecoli wants to give it a whirl! yay! another person to go fan crazy with! the more the merrier!
i used an insane amount of "!" in the last paragraph... yes and i'm so stressed >< i must paper mache over 30 stars before Saturday 2 pm, oh, paper mached *and* painted >< and i have to make some tape ones as well... kill me now... and so of course, i'm wasting time looking for Good Omens fics... i read this really well written one that i can't remember the name or author of -_- show's how much i like it...
must get back to reading so that i can get it out of my system and keep working... ne, Rain, what's your DA name?
